Where do I get a building code?

From your property manager, or the EV Dibs sign in your garage. You can also enter it here to see which building it belongs to.

I signed up but can't book

Your property manager approves each new account. Until then you can watch the charger board, but booking is switched off. If it has been more than a couple of days, ask your manager.

I'm leaving early

Tap Leaving now or Leaving in 30 min. The charger shows as open to your neighbours, and your original end time still applies to you, so saying you're leaving never counts against you.

Can't make a booking?

Cancel it in the app any time before it starts. There's no penalty for cancelling.

We share a car

Each driver has their own account. The person who registered the car can invite the other, who has to accept. Once linked, either of you can manage that car's bookings.

Deleting your account
